What is Caregiving?

It is the act of caring for the elderly, sick or disabled individuals.

Most of the time family members vow to take care of their parents or close relatives as they get older or develop health problems and can no longer take care of themselves or when they are diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, Cancer and Dementia.

But our modern lifestyle involves a lot of other aspects such as young children, a career, a spouse, hobbies and other activities …  and hence care giving activities become a burden putting significant strain on the whole family.
